Classroom Projects
Each class, from the preschool classes in PCLC through our 8th grade, are creating amazingly special items for the Panther Pride Auction and Benefit on November 12th. Each project includes one-of-a-kind, unique items hand-made by our students, only to be found at the Auction.

PCLC – All Day Preschool - BBQ Set for You!
Get ready to grill! The All Day Preschoolers have created a wonderful BBQ set to use the next time you BBQ or to give as a gift to someone special! Your set includes grilling tools, a hand-painted bug apron and bug cloth napkins. This package also includes homemade BBQ sauce and a homemade “secret recipe” spice rub blended by the preschoolers– both in decorated jars. Yum!
PCLC – Community Preschool (M-W-F) – Salad Bowl
A beautiful salad bowl was created by Ms. Sara and Ms. Sandy’s M-W-F Preschoolers. They used their thumb to make prints that were turned into caterpillars, dragonflies, bees, butterflies, and ladybugs. This bowl has been glazed and fired so it is food and dishwasher safe and ready for entertaining special guests or for every day use.
PCLC – Community Preschool (T-TH) – Platter
A “fruity” platter was created by Ms. Sara and Ms. Sandy’s T-TH Preschoolers. They used their thumb to make prints that were turned into seeds of the slice of watermelon. This platter has been glazed and fired so it is dishwasher safe and ready for entertaining special guests or for every day use.
PCLC – RRR – Holiday Coasters
Perfect for your Christmas entertaining – choose a set of coasters or two, handmade with love by the RRR children at PCLC! Each set contains 4 coasters decorated with a candy cane, a stocking, an ornament and a Christmas tree.
Kindergarten – Original Artwork Quilt
Check out the creativity and talent of our Kindergartners with this comfy, cozy quilt. The quilt features self portraits and original artwork by the hands of our Kindergartners. Use this quilt all year round – it’s washable! Their art inspires the inner child in all!
First Grade – Autumn Tree Quilt & Sham
Be prepared for cuteness! The 1st Graders are crafting a fall tree pattern quilt and pillow sham. They have each created a personalized, individual leaf that will be hand-sewn onto the quilt. Each leaf will have the student’s name hand embroidered to capture their actual signature. Don’t miss this beautiful work of art!
Second Grade – Christmas Cards & All Occasion Cards
Back by popular demand! It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! The 2nd Graders have been hard at work creating beautiful handmade Christmas cards for you! Each card depicts original art work. 15 packs of 18 cards (including envelopes) are available.

Third Grade – Nativity Scene Made with Love
One of the most coveted classroom projects is back and made with new inspiration and new hands! Each 3rd Grader fashioned a person or animal to complete the Nativity Scene for you to treasure for many years. As an added bonus, the Nativity has been blessed by Fr. Mark. A truly priceless item!
Fourth Grade – Mirror, Mirror on the Wall: Tiled Mirrors
Our 4th Graders have prepared two beautifully tiled mirrors just for you! Each tile is decorated with original artwork by the 4th Grade class. The tiles outline a large mirror perfect for hanging on any wall. One mirror celebrates the four seasons – Winter, Spring, Summer, & Autumn. The second mirror rejoices in the Christmas season. How can you not be the loveliest of them all with one of these mirrors?
Fifth Grade – Light up Your Life!
Handmade from recycled wine bottles, the 5th Graders have crafted beautiful lights to brighten any room in your home or office. These one-of-a-kind accent pieces will add a warm glow to create a charming ambiance. So turn the lights low and enjoy the instant illumination of these unique gifts.
Sixth Grade – Eco Positive Recycled Paper Bowls
Bowls…made from newspaper inserts by the hands of our 6th Graders! Instead of tossing out newspaper inserts, they’ve been recycled into a usable bowl. Use your bowl for fruit, office supplies, mail, keys, or a decoration.
Seventh Grade – Serve with Style
The 7th Grade class has beautifully hand beaded and thoughtfully designed and tiled candle holders (two hurricane and one tray), a serving tray, six coasters with holder, and beaded drink charms to brighten up your next party. Everything is beautifully decorated with blue, brown, gold and black colored tiles and beads. Entertain in style - it will be a conversation starter at your next party!
Eighth Grade – Twelve Days of Ornaments
Celebrate the Twelve Days of Christmas with our Twelve Days of Ornaments Basket! Each 8th Grader handmade an ornament ready to adorn your tree. The ornaments would also make great Christmas gifts. Your Christmas tree has never looked so stylish!
