PCLC is a non-profit learning and child care center that is licensed by the state of Minnesota. We are a ministry of Presentation of Mary Church and work cooperatively with Presentation of Mary School.
Licensure: This program is licensed by the State of Minnesota through the Dept. of Human Services.
