Father John Paul Erickson was born and raised in Saint Paul, MN, where he attended Catholic parochial schools from age 5 to 18. Following his graduation from Thomas Aquinas College in California in 2002, Father Erickson entered the Saint Paul Seminary, receiving ordination at the hands of Archbishop Harry Flynn in 2006. He has since served as associate pastor of the Cathedral of Saint Paul, the Church of Saint Vincent de Paul in Saint Paul, and the Church of Saint Agnes.
He is currently the Director of the Archdiocesan Office of Worship, his full time assignment since the summer of 2008, and continues to assist with the sacramental needs of Saint Agnes in Saint Paul.
