About us:
The Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Social Justice Committee vision is that the social teachings of the Church permeate the lives of all parishioners and the actions of all parish ministries. Through the sacrament of Baptism, the parish community is responsible for the well-being of our brothers and sisters in need. We are all called to act in ways that give witness to being the eyes, hands and feet of Jesus Christ. To that end, this committee's mission is to promote an awareness of the need for both systemic change and direct assistance so that all God's people can live with dignity.

The Presentation of the BVM Social Justice Committee would like to extend a warm invitation to you as we work toward achieving social justice in our parish community and beyond. We always welcome new members. The group meets monthly on the first Thursday of each month from 6:30 - 8 p.m. in the Faith Formation Office.
