| Father Mark Huberty Pastor
Father Mark Huberty began serving as Pastor at Presentation in July of 2007. Previously, he was Pastor at St. Timothy in Maple Lake, MN for six years, and Parochial Vicar at St. Charles Borromeo in St. Anthony, MN for five years. A graduate of St. Thomas Academy, he began studying business administration at Washington University in St. Louis, but after discovering his vocation to the priesthood, he transferred to the University of St. Thomas, where he completed a B.A. in Philosophy while enrolled in the St. John Vianney Seminary. After four more years of formation at the St. Paul Seminary he received a Master of Divinity and a M.A. in Theology and was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis in 1996. He currently serves on the Archdiocesan Finance Council and is a Teaching Parish Supervisor for the St. Paul Seminary. He is also an instrument-rated pilot and enjoys golf, skiing, running, and classical music. | |
Jim Saumweber Deacon Deacon Jim Saumweber has been serving at
Presentation since 1999, the year he was ordained. He has also served as deacon at St.Peter's in North St. Paul. A graduate of Nazareth Hall Seminary and the University of St. Thomas, he has extensive experience in the area of Geriatric Social Work. He has also been a Children's Hospital Chaplain and a hospice volunteer. He and his wife, Georgie, live in North St. Paul and have two grown daughters. He also enjoys playing racquetball and gardening. | |
Steve Blessing Director of Administration and Finance
Steve Blessing started at Presentation in September of 2006 as the Director of Administration and Finance. He previously owned and operated businesses for 25 years in the areas of marketing and design, real estate investment and development, and business administration and consulting. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, he is also a member of the National Association of Church Business Administrators. Outside of his parish work, he is often found attending his children's numerous sporting events. He also enjoys reading, and music/concerts and a good cup of coffee. | |
Sister Kathy Rademacher Director of Faith FormationSister
Kathy has served as the Director of Faith Formation at Presentation since 2001. A religious sister of the Order of St. Benedict since 1950, she received a B.A. in Elementary Education from the College of St. Benedict and an M.A. in Religious Education from the Jesuit University in Detroit, MI. Throughout her years as a Benedictine Sister, she has served in nine different parishes in a variety of roles including teacher, director of faith formation, pastoral minister, liturgist, and sacristan. She thoroughly enjoys the interaction she has with the parish community and well as her own monastic community. | |
Kay Mottaz Director of Stewardship
Kay Mottaz has been a member of the Presentation staff since 1999 and currently serves as the Director of Stewardship. In that role, she coordinates the various volunteer ministries and other stewardship efforts of the parish. She is also responsible for parish communications and the website. A parishioner since 1962, she graduated from Archbishop Murray High School and the University of Minnesota. She holds a Lay Ecclesiastical Minister certificate from the Benedictine Center of St. Paul's Monastery Illuminare Program and a Mini MBA for Faith-Based Organizations from the University of St. Thomas's School of Business. She has served as board member both for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development and the Archdiocesan Venezuelan Mission. She enjoys music, gardening, and travel. | |
Terrell Beaudry Director of Music
Terrell Beaudry has served Presentation part-time since September of 2007 as Director of Music. He is also the Choral Director for Elk River High School. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Music Education, he is currently working on an M.A. in Music with an emphasis on Choral Conducting. He has sung as a tenor with the Minnesota Opera, the Phillip Brunelle Chorus and the Dale Warland Singers. He has also directed a variety of community theater musical productions. He and his wife, Ellen, have three sons, and in his spare time he enjoys composing music and bicycling. | |

Sara Bertini Jr. High Youth/Confirmation Coordinator
Sara Bertini has been a staff member at Presentation in some capacity since 1988. She began assisting at the Childhood Learning Center in high school and now teaches the Community Preschool Program in addition to her role as the Coordinator of Jr. High Faith Formation and Programs and the Confirmation Program. A member of Presentation from one year old, she attended Presentation School and St. Bernard's High School. She received a B.A. in Elementary Education from the College of St. Catherine. She enjoys being with family, playing with her two children, cooking, and fine dining. | |
| Karen Simons Office Manager
Karen Simons began as Secretary in August of 2006. Previously, she worked in the Human Resources Department of Control Data Corporation for 20 years. A graduate of Presentation School and Archbishop Murray High School, she has been involved in the parish for approximately 45 years. She has also served as a wedding coordinator, organist, usher, and Girl Scout leader. Her three daughters are graduates of Presentation School as well. She enjoys sewing, knitting, travel, and spending time with her grandchildren. | |
Brian Ragatz School Principal
Mr.Ragatz has been Principal of Presentation School since July of 2007. Previously, taught for five years at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic School in St. Paul, the subjects of Social Studies, United States History, and Religion. At Nativity he was also the Athletic Director and a coach for a variety of sports. A graduate of St. Thomas Academy and St. John's University, he also completed a M.A. in Education Administration from St. Mary's University. He has coached varsity football at St. Thomas Academy, and enjoys a variety of other athletic activities, reading, music listening, movies, and travel. | |
Lyn Haselmann Director, Presentation Childhood Learning Center
Lyn Haselmann has been a teacher at the Childhood Learning Center since 1993 and its Director since 1996. During her time as Director, the Learning Center has become known as one of the leading preschools in the area, distinguished by its experienced staff and innovative programs. She has also worked to make the Learning Center an integral part of Presentation School. In recent years she has introduced curricula such as Orton-Gillingham Multi-Sensory Education and Handwriting Without Tears. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has her Adaptive Education Certification. Her two sons attend the Learning Center and Presentation School. She enjoys gardening, cooking, golfing, and being with family. |
