Flexible full day summer programming all summer long!

We offer full day programs for children age three through twelve. Our programs encompass all areas of development including social, physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual. Our programs offer a range of activities to suit all ages and all activity levels.  PCLC welcomes children from all schools as well as Presentation of Mary Grade School.
 
A typical week
During the summer at PCLC, teachers and students are very busy every day. Field trips are scheduled every week, typically on Wednesdays. They expand your child's knowledge, physical skills, and fun. Past field trips include visiting nature centers, sporting events, museums, zoos, Aquatennial events, water parks, and various tours, just to name a few. Every day at PCLC is an adventure. Events at the center may include a water festival, scavenger hunt, biking excursion, rocket launch, a mystery guest, obstacle course, scrapbooking or journaling, cooking or gardening. We have a playground and access to a ball field right on our grounds. Our playground complies with all ADA rules and regulations. The equipment and surfacing satisfy all safety requirements. Many parks, a library, and fantastic bike trails (for older children) are right around the corner. Lunch may be served at the center, at a local park, or on a field trip.

Flexible Program Options
PCLC operates on month-to-month schedules in the summer. You won't be "locked" into a schedule with specific days that you are required to attend. Now you can design your own schedule! Trips and excursion costs are extra. Generally, they are around $45 per month.

• The Fabulous 40. Commit to attending PCLC a minimum of 40 days in the summer. The daily rate is just $28.50 for school agers and $37.50 for preschool.
• Month-to-Month Scheduling. Apply by April 30, 2010 for a flat rate of $32 per day for school age and $41 per day for preschool. Spots fill on a first come, first served basis.  Applications received after April 30, 2010 will be assessed a rate of $35 for school age and $43 for the month of June.
• Trips Plus $12. Join us on any field trip when there is extra room. The cost of the field trip plus $12 is all you pay. Your child must be dropped off and picked up within 20 minutes of departure and arrival. This rate applies to trips less than 4 hours in length.  Trips + 12 enrollment will begin on May 15, 2010.

Who's Teaching?
The teachers at PCLC are extraordinary. They are full of energy, personality, and fun. They are experienced teachers that are dedicated to summer fun. Their goal is to make the summer full of unique experiences, and give your child memories to last a lifetime. Our experienced teaching staff comes to PCLC with their degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Physical Education. Our caring and attentive support staff provides an essential connection that makes each program outstanding. We are open from 6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
