Athletic Program
We look forward to 2008-09 after last years achievements. Thanks to parents, coaches and teacher encouragement, 94% of our students in grades 5-8 participated in athletics, allowing us to field 21 teams in cross country, soccer, volleyball, swimming, basketball, track & field, baseball and fast pitch softball.
Our 6/5 boys are cross-country city champions and our girls are runner up.We reached the final four in: 8th volleyball, 6/5girl's soccer, 8th boy's and 6th girl's basketball. Our 6th boy's basketball team finished 16-1 with our only loss in the championship game and our 8th fast pitch also reached the championship game finishing second in the city. Swimming and track & field were also represented well. Congratulations!
Presentation Catholic School encourages each student athlete to develop his or her skills at a level that also challenges them to be their best. We also have great parish and community support shown by our Men's Club and Premier Bank who made it possible for us to install new gym lights and a new volleyball system.
