Troop 461 is sponsored by the Men's Club. The Troop was initially chartered in
1956 and has been in continuous operation since then.  Troop 461 is part of the
Gateway District of the Northern Star Council.

The goal of Troop 461 is to help each Scout grow into a well-rounded member
of our community.  Our troop focuses on teaching lessons that will last a lifetime by
providing a strong outdoor program and teaching the Scouts citizenship, strong
leadership skills and reverence for God.

Troop 461 recycles aluminum cans.  Donations of aluminum cans are collected
at the can bin in the lower parking lot of the church. Proceeds from the aluminum
can bin are used to pay for service projects, camping trips and for materials and
equipment required for camping.
