RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)

RCIA Classes to Begin October 20, 2020

Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary welcomes new members into the Catholic Church as well as those who need to complete their Initiation Sacraments.

What is RCIA?
RCIA, the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, is a period of study and formation where adults learn about the Catholic faith and prepare to receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist) that make them full members of the Catholic Church. Additionally, the RCIA process is the avenue through which Catholic adults who have not received all of the Sacraments of Initiation are able to do so. Weekly sessions provide and encourage conversion and an awakening of faith as we study the Gospel in light of Catholic tradition and dogma.

Who To Contact:
If you or anyone you know is interested in taking this journey with us to the Easter sacraments, please call the Adult Faith Formation Office at (651) 842-6022 for more information. These classes will begin in the fall, possibly virtually if restrictions are still in place due to the pandemic.
